Our commitment

Solutionist Labs LLC wants everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to use solutionist.work, learn about our services, and contact or book with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we’ve done

• Keyboard access: every link, button, menu and form can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline. A “Skip to content” link lets you bypass the menu.
• Screen readers: pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and link text; images have text alternatives; form fields are labelled.
• Readable design: text and controls meet color-contrast requirements, links in articles are underlined, and pages reflow without sideways scrolling when zoomed up to 400%.
• Motion control: animations and background video switch off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion, and a “Pause motion” button is available at the bottom of our main pages.
• Mobile: the site works on phones and tablets in either orientation, with touch targets sized for easy tapping.

How we test

We review the site with automated testing (axe-core, against WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules) and with manual checks for keyboard navigation, focus visibility, zoom and reflow, and reduced motion. The most recent review was completed on October 17, 2026, and covered every page template on the site.

Known limitations

We’re still working on a few areas:

• Booking calendar: our appointment calendar is provided by a third-party plugin. Dates can be selected with a keyboard and are announced to screen readers with the full date and availability, but because the calendar comes from another provider, parts of it may not behave perfectly with every assistive technology. • Third-party content: some features come from other providers (for example, Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form and Google advertising). We can’t fully control their accessibility, but we will help you through any barrier you meet.
