Please read these Terms carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when you use our site.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of solutionist.work and the services offered through it by Solutionist Labs LLC (“The Solutionist,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use the site, book a consultation or create an account.

3. Consultations and services

Consultations are subject to availability and are confirmed once your booking is received and accepted. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Any project work, pricing, deliverables and timelines will be set out in a separate proposal or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that project.

4. No professional advice; results vary

Information on this site and shared during consultations is for general guidance. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, credit, immigration or medical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship. Where appropriate we may refer you to licensed professionals.

Testimonials describe individual clients’ experiences. They are not typical or guaranteed results; your outcome depends on your own circumstances and actions.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• submit false information or impersonate someone else;
• send spam, malware or anything that could damage or disrupt the site;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video and design, are owned by or licensed to Solutionist Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is governed by the applicable project agreement.

8. What you send us

When you send us information through forms, bookings, email or text, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may include links to, or tools from, third parties (for example, Google reCAPTCHA). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutionist Labs LLC and its members, team and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Solutionist Labs LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time if these Terms are violated.
